Freight Policy - CP&T ships all products at customer's expense and will use the carrier of your choice, if available. We generally ship "Prepay & Add" but welcome "Freight Collect" & "3rd Party Bill" shipments as well. When we ship "Prepay & Add" be assured that every effort has been made to secure the best possible rate for your shipment.

Damage/Short - Note all damage and/or shortage at the time of delivery on the Bill of Lading or with the delivery service driver (UPS/FedEx/Etc). This document details this process and we encourage you to print it out and share with your personnel.

Shipping Errors - Although we strive to keep them to a minimum, mistakes will happen. If we sent the wrong item or quantity please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve the error as soon as possible. More detailed info is available here.
